Physical inactivity is a leading contributor to many health-related problems. Too often, the solution is to become more active, but many people don’t know where to start or what to do, and they simply start exercising. The data suggests, however, that many times this sudden increase in exercise leads to injury and pain, resulting in a return to a physically inactive lifestyle. This session will explore how to break this cycle and identify the best strategy for long-term exercise adherence with reduced risk of injury and pain.
