Stretching is an important component of any client success strategy for improved fitness and wellness. Learn the principles of static, active, passive and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and which to incorporate into client training sessions or group fitness classes. Featuring solo and partner stretching protocols, this session will provide you with a variety of tools and exercises you can use to tailor flexibility training to meet each person’s individual needs.
