342 AMRAP, EMOM, OMG!
AMRAPS (as many rounds/reps as possible) and EMOMS (every minute on the minute) were popularized by CrossFit® and are now commonly used in many group fitness and personal training programs. This session breaks down the science and physiology behind these HIIT formats, while taking the participants through a variety of AMRAP and EMOM workouts and showing how to safely apply them to your classes and sessions.
Suggested Equipment: one Kettlebell, Dumbbells and Jump Rope.
