If you attended How to Use Kettlebells as a Weapon Against Weakness! (Session #226) or you have experience in swinging the bells, then this session is for you. In this session, we’ll identify the differences in style of advanced kettlebell exercises such as cleans, snatches and Turkish get-ups. We will define each stage of these movements, so they can be performed in separate components before combining them as one total movement. We’ll also explore the pressing issue of pressing as we review some of the advanced overhead movements and how to incorporate these exercises into kettlebell-specific programs or as part of a broader, multimodality training program.
