Meditation is an evidence-based practice that is shown to have a positive impact on mental and physical well-being. Regular practice leads to better focus, present-moment awareness and improved concentration. By applying mindfulness and meditation methods, you will recognize a reduction in stress and anxiety, and freedom from negative thought patterns. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through short meditation practices that will leave you with a greater calm and the freedom to pay it forward with your clients.
