Come see how HIGH Fitness has brought aerobics back—bigger, better and higher! In this session, you will experience the nostalgia of old-school aerobics but with a modern twist that will leave you sweating, burning, smiling, addicted and asking for more! HIGH Fitness is a hardcore group fitness class that has taken aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as plyometrics and HIIT training. HIGH combines fun (choreography to current music you know and love), intensity (plyometrics, toning, cardio peak tracks) and consistency (copyrighted choreography set for every song). We will show you how a trend of the past is now the hottest trend of the future.
