Maintaining optimal alignment in movement allows for freedom of motion, elastic energy production, force production, and stability in sports, fitness, and life. Learn a series of dynamic alignment assessment exercises and how to apply what they reveal to exercise design. In this workshop, we will explore the structures of the human body and its design. We will explore a variety of techniques including self-myofascial release, stability, and mobility exercises to create resiliency and suppleness through the kinetic lines to achieve alignment that is easy to implement in any training environment
