217 How Unconscious Bias Impacts Client (and Business) Success and What to Do About It

Unconscious biases (i.e., implicit biases) are stereotypes about groups of people that individuals form outside their conscious awareness. We all have implicit biases however, these biases are often incompatible with our conscious values. This session will cover the various biases we may have developed throughout our lives, how to recognize them, and how to address them to improve our client relationships and business success.
