Mobility, stability and strength are often categorized separately when training clients. However, science suggests that all three are improved more effectively when trained together. In this interactive session, we’ll explore that science and how to incorporate mobility, stability and strength into each client session. We’ll then discuss and experience complexes for enhanced function and performance that feature loaded mobility and multidimensional movement techniques.
