Take a deep dive into effective core training principles and programming in this in-depth workshop. Combining Anatomy in Three Dimensions™ with the Balanced Body® Movement Principles you will learn how the body moves, and how to make it move better. In the first half, our one-of-a-kind approach has you building the major muscles that make up the core using clay and our proprietary skeleton. Build the diaphragm, spinal and abdominal muscles, as well as the pelvic floor, and you’ll gain a true understanding of how they work in a powerful core that functions with purpose and strength. In the second half you will apply the anatomy to our progressive core training techniques using the Balanced Body® Movement Principles. Combining theory, innovative exercises and practical teaching, you will walk away with the knowledge and tools to design a state-of-the-art core conditioning program for your clients. This 8 hour course counts toward the Integrated Movement Specialist requirements. The course fulfills 4 hours of Anatomy in Three Dimensions and 4 hours of the Balanced Body® Movement Principles. Taking all three courses in the Integrated Movement Specialist Foundation series fulfills the Foundation requirements.
