I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with experience in a variety of modalities and specialties. I have been in the fitness industry, specifically fitness/personal training since 1998.

As an athlete, I have participated in high school sports to include varsity football, basketball, track and field as well as cross country. I am a veteran of the US Army and have served as a law enforcement officer in several states. As a law enforcement officer, I served as a fitness instructor as well as a defensive tactics/self-defense instructor.

I have three years of experience coaching organized adolescent sports and my coaching experience includes High School Football strength & conditioning, Track & Field strength and conditioning as well as sports specific coaching, to include 100m, 200m, 400m dash, long jump, defensive line conditioning, Prehab & Rehab and functional training.

    Troy is a great personal trainer who knows his "stuff"! Professional, knowledgeable, listens, cares about the client, and always up to date in the fitness industry. Troy will help you learn the best exercise's to steadily progress towards your fitness goals by guiding the client on how to properly lift weights, how much weight, number of reps, how long to rest in between sets, pushing you as far as you want to go while avoiding injury. Troy will help you attain your goals depending on what those goals are; weight loss, toning & conditioning, weight training by tracking and recording all sessions.
