As a businesswoman, wife and mother, I know it takes both discipline and flexibility to fit effective workouts and proper lifestyle choices into my busy days. While some trainers focus on providing a set program intended to fit multiple clients, I do what’s needed to adapt workouts to each person’s lifestyle. My workouts achieve strength and conditioning, with explanations for why each program element is important and what it specifically achieves. Workouts are catered to the individual’s lifestyle and what they want to achieve: confidence, weight-loss, muscle gain, or overall lifestyle changes. Most importantly, workouts have to be fun!
