Sue Grzesiuk is an ACE Certified personal trainer and Certified Medical Exercise Specialist , with an Applied Science Certificate from Lake Washington Technical College and continuing coursework in Functional Fitness, Resist-Ball, and Muscle Trigger Point techniques.     Sue finds new exercises all the time, which keeps the workout interesting. She corrects my form and makes sure I'm doing the exercises correctly, so I don't mess things up and end up hurting myself!
    She is a pleasant person, but pushes 'just enough' when I need that bit of extra motivation to keep moving.

    I have been working with Sue for several years now and it has made a big difference in my life.

    Sue always takes the time to find out what is going on and makes adjustments to our work outs in response.

    I don't feel like just another client but rather someone who's health and well being are of primary concern to her.

    I've been working out with Sue for something like 5 years. As a person with a computer job sitting all day, she is good at making sure you are stretched out properly before working out. She also is constantly learning new techniques and keeps up on the latest fitness technology and health science.

    She knows a lot of other people in other health fields and has recommended other professionals that fixed my carpal tunnel and other wrist issues.

    She really has a good understanding of what it takes to get fit and HEALTHY not just big biceps :)

    She really cares about your health and is very flexible for workout times.

    Highly recommended!

    I have been working out with Sue for a while now, she is great. She kicks my butt but not so much that I can't walk the next day because I have a life and have to be able to walk! She keeps things interesting and challenging plus she is fun to be with. I highly recommend her.
