    Rachel is one of the best personal trainers I have ever had. She is extremely professional. She takes time to evaluate your current physical condition and creates a program that will give you the most benefit. I have improved greatly in both strength and endurance. Really appreciate the effort she puts into each and every session.

    Rachel is a terrific personal trainer. She has done an excellent job of customizing our workouts to my fitness objectives of running distances from 10-ks to marathons. She has also modified our sessions to account for my age (56) and the various nagging injuries that I get as a masters runner. She is always ready on time, and is pleasant to work with - which is important to me since I generally dislike gym training. My work with her has helped me PR at nearly every distance I compete in over the last 3 months or so.
