Nancy has been the perfect trainer for me over the past year. Both during her initial assessment of my health, agility, strength, balance, etc...and during her individual sessions over the past year, I have found her to an outstanding, "beyond my hopes" trainer. Let me tell you why: 1. Nancy listens to me--with regard to both what I say I want/need--and what I am capable of actually achieving. As I interviewed other trainers, I found most of them had already decided what I needed before hearing my health concerns and history. She has repeatedly demonstrated those listening skills in our sessions. 2. Nancy cares about me. When she arrives for a session it's clear she has been thinking about me and has prepared an individualized plan for the session. She remembers our initial planning and goals, my progress to date, on-going health issues that impact future progress, and is able to pull in other health related matters beyond our workout--eating, mental health, stress, walking, etc. Throughout the week, she shares video clips and articles to reinforce what we are working on. 3. Nancy is knowledgeable--widely read, constantly learning, eager to share and teach, generous in her time, and well practiced. 4. Nancy is inspirational--positive, assertive, challenging, encouraging. 5. Nancy creates a bond of trust between student and professional. Because of this trusting foundation, we accomplish more. I can recommend her without reservation as someone who can partner with you to achieve you health and life goals.

I found Nancy in the TRX website and contacted her to work with me and teach me how to use the TRX system. Nancy is very good at what she does - assessing posture and addressing misalignment and suggesting and teaching corrective exercises. She is also good at cueing and explains how and why for the TRX exercises.
Nancy is always prepared for the session and very professional and approachable.

I began training with Nancy Latthitham in June of 2016. I was searching for someone to teach me how to use
the TRX system and found her on the TRX website. Since I began working with Nancy, I’ve taken the TRX
Suspension Training Course and am now working with her to master the TRX Functional Training
Course before taking it in a couple of months. After that we’re then progressing on to Rip Training
which I’m very excited about.
Nancy is always very well prepared for our sessions, does an excellent job at cuing, and exhibits
exceptional form which I try my best to imitate. I find her to be warm, caring and always upbeat.
While I’m in very good shape for a woman in her sixties, creating new complex muscle movements is
challenging. Nancy works to regress and break down movements so that I’m able to conquer them with
a little practice.
I’m very pleased with the progress I've made and look forward to our continued success.

I hired Nancy in May of 2015 to help me get back into shape safely after having babies 4 and 5 which are 10 1/2 months apart. I found her on the IDEA Fitness Directory. I have worked with personal trainers in the past with bad experiences. What made her stand out to me was her certification(s) and her age. Certification to me means a person was so interested in something that they decided to master it through practice, study and then take exams to be recognized as an expert. Age means she has experience, wisdom and insight that one can only gain through the passage of time. As a 43 year old ex-athlete with multiple athletic injuries I needed someone who could transition me safely from Physical Therapy to the gym. Nancy not only won me over on our first visit with her professionalism, knowledge, her own personal fitness level but her warmth and compassion. After almost 2 years of working with her I'm grateful for her support but I never underestimate her competitive, hardworking drive. She is a versatile trainer that could not only challenge my 17 year old D1 bound football son but any elderly person trying to stay in shape. She has not only become a dear friend but has helped me regain strength, flexibility and body awareness I wish I would have had as a young adult. I am determined to be "supple like a leopard" as I enter the second half of my life and only a trainer like Nancy will help get me there.

I can't imagine a more dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer than Nancy Latthitham. I've been working with Nancy for eight months now and I can't believe how strong my body has become. She has a wealth of knowledge and a wide variety of fitness modalities that keep it fun and interesting each time you work out. Nancy's knowledge of proper alignment and progressive exercises have helped strengthen and heal my body and gotten me out of chronic neck pain. It has been an empowering process to see what my body is capable of and I owe it to Nancy and her commitment to excellence. I whole heartedly recommend Top Form Fitness!
