Tessa Coker

I certified in Exercise to Music in 1986 at London Central YMCA; the following year I added the Circuit and Weight Training certification. When I moved to US I became ACE certified Personal Trainer, followed by certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Water Fitness, Spinning. In England I specialized in pre-ski conditioning and was published via book, newspaper/magazine articles and a Fit to Ski video in collaboration with London's Sunday Times.
