Whenever I come across someone who tells me "they can't" or "I've tried so many times before" in regards to weight loss and fitness….I am compelled to tell them my story. At the age of 21, I was diagnosed with System Lupus Eurythmytosis. I dealt with chronic illness, arthritis and fatigue for many years. As a result, I dealt with weight issues and the hopelessness of feeling like it was never going to work for me. That all changed for me one day through nutrition and exercise and the only way I know , to show my gratefulness for this miracle I have been so freely given, is to share it with others. Whether you are seven or seventy, I want to help you in your question to not only meet, but exceed your own personal expectations. I have a 1000 square foot state-of-the-art studio in my home!     Lynda is so motivating and full of energy. Her strength and endurance training program helped me run a 5K for the first time in my life. I always leave my training session feeling energized. She has also provided me with custom meal planning, designed for me through her nutritional software. It's a complete package between the personal training, weekly bootcamp and meal planning.

    I was looking for someone who could help me feel, look and be healthy in a manner that I could continue everyday on my own. Lynda's boot camps, group training, personal training, and food planning have done all this for me and more. She offers such a variety of workout styles that no matter what type of training I needed I could find it. Last Summer I attended her boot camps in the park - they increased my energy and motivated me to do more; in the Fall I opted for one-on-one personal training coupled with food planning where she kicked my butt twice a week into a size 4 (from 6), in the Winter she offered group training with 2-4 other clients per session which mixed it up and prepared us all for ski season, and this Spring I look forward to a combination of personal training and outdoor boot camps to keep me swimsuit ready! For this over 40 Mom who loathes working out, Lynda's training is my new addiction - I wouldn't give her up for all the chocolate in the world!

    Lynda is an amazing trainer! I worked out regularly before I met Lynda but after training with her my body got a complete makeover! My whole body became toned, definition in my arms, & my big butt & legs fit in skinny jeans :) Highly recommend!

    I started training with Lynda in Sept 2012 when I hit my highest weight. I began training with her 3x/week, and attended bootcamp on Sundays. I went from a size 14 to a 6, and for the first time in my life, I was able to run 3-5 miles. My fitness goals changed in July 2013 when I became pregnant with my second child. I have continued to train with Lynda, but the focus is now on pre-natal fitness instead of weightloss. With Lynda’s help, I have remained active and fit throughout my pregnancy. She’s a fantastic trainer!
