    Linda Kang has been my personal trainer for the last 18 months. She has proven to be a very knowledgeable and caring professional helping me achieve my fitness goals.

    I always struggled with weight and other health issues. Linda created a customized training program and nutrition plan to help me lose weight and increase my energy level. Through working with her, I successfully lost over 20 pounds and my endurance and fitness level has improved. Linda made my work-out sessions easy and fun! I always felt challenged during my workout, but not over taxed to exhaustion. Gradually, as my energy level and endurance improved, we were able to adjust my workout routine to be more challenging. As I look back now, I’m amazed how far I have come and I know I will continue to improve and progress.

    Linda has an amazing resume where she can incorporate all types of exercise routines into your program. Working with her I have learned elements of Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Weight Lifting, and Taekwondo which has kept our sessions interesting and challenging. She is very energetic and her enthusiasm is contagious. I enjoy working with her and I know anyone would benefit from her services.

    Linda has found her bliss and passes it on because she loves staying in shape and teaching others how to live a healthier, more- fit life. She is a great listener which translates for her clients into a great teacher. Regardless of your age or level of fitness, Linda will design a program just for you and help you get into the best shape of your life!

    Linda is amazing! We hired her to do personal training with my son. My son loved going to his training. She geared each session to his physical goals as well as made it fun by incorporating a varying mix of sports and races to keep him engaged. Linda goes out of her way to really know her clients - their goals, their likes , their motivators - and uses all this knowledge to build a program that works and you actually enjoy. Linda is definitely the personal trainer to hire no matter what your health goals are.
