I provide a variety of personal training services to my clients such as in home training, one on one personal training, small group training training and more recently virtual training via Skpe. Sessions are custom tailored to meet your specific goals.
My specialties include exercise programming for cancer survivors to help increase range of motion, decrease the chance of developing lymphodema, diabetes etc. I also specialize in correcting muscle imbalances throughout the body.
I have experience with clients of all ages and fitness levels, ranging from 14 -75 years old. I am based in the Boston area and work out of a private studio. However, I am more than happy to travel to you!
