I am a member of and certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. I get at least one new certification each year. I train mostly middle aged clients & seniors. I try to be creative in my workout designs because I believe it is important to have fun while you train. My studio is exclusive and completely private. It is a unique experience for people who need to get away from the hustle of a fitness club. I like to customize my clients experience by allowing them to bring their own ipod to listen to, have snacks available for energy & replenishment, and my private studio allows them to concentrate solely on their goals. I also do In- Home Training and offer private bootcamps for 4 people or less.

    Kenny is a great trainer and motivator. Before Ropestone, working out was a chore but Kenny creates workouts that are fun and effective. He also shows me workouts that can be done in my own home when I am away from the gym. Since becoming a client, my body fat has been greatly reduced and I have found a healther lifestyle. Ropestone provides great one-on-one attention and privacy.

    I've just started out with Ken but I can tell you that I really like his methods. My goal is to have a stronger core, tone my shape and loose that last 10% of weight to reach my goal. I'm new at all of this and Ken was really helpful right from the start. I love the different workouts that he has created especially for me. His facility is wonderful! I love the one on one attention and his encouragement throughout my sessions. His knowledge covers the "whole package" and has helpful advise for my workouts at home along with nutritional information to help me reach my goal and live a healthier lifestyle. I would 100% recommend Ken to anyone who is looking for guidance to a healthier lifestyle. You will NOT be disappointed!

    Ken is an excellent trainer and teacher. Not only do I leave his workouts feeling challenged, but also like I’ve learned something about how to be more effective at workouts I do on my own.
    Since I started working out with Ken I’ve become a better runner and stronger overall. I’ve never felt comfortable lifting weights or strength training but Ken has taught me so much! I’ve seen measurable results in my overall fitness as well as noticeable muscle definition I’ve never had before.
    I’ve worked out with other trainers before- who yell and scream and make you feel like you are getting an intense workout. Ken is not like that at all- but the next day when you ‘feel’ how hard you trained – you know you’re working hard! And the results speak for themselves!
