    Jobie helped me lose almost 20 pounds from 215 to 197 pounds over the last 4 months through a combination of diet and working out. She took the time at first to understand my health history and made suggestions of areas I could improve in. She creates motivating workouts which are challenging and fun at the same time. She also showed me that healthy food can taste good and be filling at the same time. I used to snack quite a bit, but now no longer have the cravings I used to.

    I have been training with Jobie for the last 6 months and have seen WONDERFUL changes in my body shape, size, weight and overall strength. Jobie uses her extensive knowledge of body mechanics to design my personalized workouts, taking in consideration my areas of weakness, my age and my temperament.Together we have also developed a realistic meal plan, one that can be sustained long term, based on the latest developments in the science of nutrition.
    Last but not least, Jobie's boundless energy and compelling personality are the fuel that injects my return to our increasingly challenging twice-a-week work-outs, rain or shine!
