Dont quote me here with the percentages, but I heard on the radio just the other day that eating ORGANIC foods reduces your risk of cancer by 25% vs. not eating organic. Im sure this could be look-up, it was results of a new study.

Members are allowed to sign up one week prior to class, we cancel two hours before if we have 2, there must be 3. I have never reduced my hourly rate. I also never had a situation that someone asked me to. I do offer packages that reduces the rate the more sessions you buy. We offer our memberships gym/classes or just gym alone, so members can do both or just use the gym. The majority of members that utilize the “with classes” membership mostly just take classes. Basically it’s the same as what you are used to clubs charging. We used to have the one ...
