Jenna received the honor of outstanding student in Exercise Science for her dedication to research and superior academic performance at SUNY Cortland. Since then Jenna has worked in several physical therapy clinics in order to increase her knowledge of exercise as it relates to injury prevention. Jenna competed as a USAG Level 9 Gymnast in New York State, and has been coaching gymnastics for several years.
Jenna has been Personal Training for the past four years. Her love for science, health, and fitness motivated her to share her passion with others. Jenna is the type of trainer who jumps through the roof when clients make progress. Jenna’s unique and optimistic approach to life has encouraged people from all walks of life to be physically active. When Jenna is not training she is driving around in her car listening to loud music and dancing!

    Training with Jenna was an excellent investment in both time and money. She was the first personal trainer I've worked with and she set the bar so high! I found Jenna through SK Fitness which was down the street from where I live (super convenient) and was luckily paired up with an awesome female trainer (super Jenna) as requested. Meeting Jenna for 1 hour sessions twice a week for 5 weeks helped jump start my fitness goals, because she worked with my personal and fitness goals each time and always with a smile! Her energy and guidance gave me the confidence to continue training with her for 5 extra sessions. Jenna also checks in before and after each work out session to find out how you are feeling and doing. She is wonderfully supportive and patient.... I HIGHLY recommend her :)

    I have never been a gym person. I have struggled to be consistent at my local gym all my life. I decided to commit to my fitness and I looked for weeks online for a trainer. After training with Jenna for a few months I could not be happier with my results and her as my trainer. She makes every workout fun but just challenging enough to where I do not get discouraged and keeps me wanting to come back the next day. I am staring to notice the changes to my body that were discussed with her prior to my training. I know I am in the right training regimen to meet the goals I am aiming for. Highly recommend her, very fun and enthusiastic trainer.

    I have been training with Jenna for a few months now. She is a blast to train with; she is always enthusiastic and positive in her approach. She keeps me fit. Workouts with Jenna are highlights of my week!
