What would your life be like with a flexible approach to being active and healthy, in your current lifestyle?
Equally important, what if you could get natural relief to stop hurting, move more easily and avoid falling?
Imagine that you’re no longer out of shape and/or in pain. With this in mind, you want a natural, non-medical way, to relieve daily discomfort and increase your energy. At the same time, you probably don’t want a complicated, time-consuming exercise or health routine. In fact, you want to get your workout done, see results, and have the time and energy to enjoy your family and friends.

Through my health and fitness practice, Audacious-Aging.NYC®, I support you as a guide, with a fitness approach that’s easy for you to start, as well as keep up.
A realistic focus on individual, specialized training for pre/post rehab, physical injuries, and chronic health issues for back, hip, knee, spine, and more.

With your goals in mind, I design a fitness program that is flexible, realistic, and works with your lifestyle. In short, I understand bodies, and how to help you move from a reluctant to eager exerciser, without joining a gym (unless you want to).

I inspire my clients to move better, now, and tomorrow, supporting healthy bones, brain, joints, and heart. You can improve daily movement, get stronger without soreness, prepare fo/recover from, injuries or surgery, improve balance, flexibility, and mobility.

I have been working with Jacqueline for a number of months now and I have been very happy with her. I contacted her to help me get on track because of a knee injury. I have a torn ACL and don't want to have another surgery. She works with me on building up the strength in my knee and the areas around it. Also much works is done on balance. She continuously does her research on new exercises and has the patience and makes sure they being done correctly. She clearly understands how the human body works and pushes you enough to get the most out of each workout.
I admire how she takes care of herself and keeps pushing herself and her clients to get healthy and strong. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants and needs to get in shape and get on the road to getting healthy.

Thank you so much for your comments. It's a pleasure training you because I see the effort you put into every workout. It's also gratifying to see the improvement you've attained through effectively applying yourself.

Having recently retired from full-time work as a professor of English, I decided that I wanted to devote my newly acquired time to getting in shape. I found Jacqueline by searching online and it's almost impossible to express how lucky I feel to be working with her. Jacqueline understands bodies and how to help people (who, like me, may not like exercise and have tried to avoid it for years) move from reluctant to eager exercisers. I look forward to our weekly sessions and I love that we can hold them in my apartment. After a careful assessment, Jacqueline suggested that we work on balance, strength, flexibility and core. It's now been about two months and I can say with assurance that Jacqueline knows what she is doing. She diagnoses problems quickly and finds inventive ways to solve them and she tailors all of the exercises to fit my changing needs and my growing strength. She is also fun to work with. I am delighted with the results.

Thank you so much for your comments. I truly appreciate your affirmation of my ability. Just as important though, is to know you look forward to working with me, and I have made it fun for you.
