Daniel is an ACE certified personal trainer (T158691) and a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (RYT 200). He is also Malaysia's first licensed Broga® Yoga instructor.

After being overweight in his childhood, Daniel has always been active since his 20s, going a step further by getting certified with ACE so that he can help others get fitter and healthier.

His fitness career began in personal training at Body By Design, whose clientele are mainly referred over by Global Doctors, Malaysia. Simultaneously, he was a boot camp coach at Rebel Boot Camp. Daniel only recently left Rebel, when he was ranked Senior Sarge and leading the Bandar Utama platoon.

Daniel now freelances in yoga, small group fitness and personal training). General fitness aside, Daniel's interest lies with special populations, having given talks and fitness trainings for those living with HIV. He also has given a mini talk and training on Parkinson’s and fitness, as well as have had clients with Fibromyalgia and diabetic-related neuropathy. He also teaches yoga to the visually challenged.

    The way he motivate, the way he lead, and the way he train us in Rebel Boot Camp did impressed me a lot. I like the motivation he gave us during every session of bootcamp i attended. I did push myself to my limit and try to improve from time to time. Aside from that, Daniel is very helpful when comes to any questions related to fitness. He will definitely share with you and try to guide you through no matter what. His encouragement and guidance in bootcamp did motivate me a lot to continue training with him.

    I've met Daniel once, only once, during a Run Clinic organised by a friend.

    Daniel taught us some basic yoga techniques to make us more efficient runners, who can then run injury free.

    Even through my one-off contact with Daniel, I can easily tell that Daniel has a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others become fitter, or be better at whatever sports of their own choosing.

    Daniel efficiently and effectively conveyed his knowledge to me, and also generously included handouts (which most people don't, for obvious reasons) which helped us practice what he taught us, making it a long term benefit rather than a one-off "oh this is what I can possibly do" thing.

    I trained with different fitness trainer before and to me Daniel is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable about training techniques. He is a detailed person and will ensure that we apply the correct training techniques. This is important, so that we don't simply get injured during training and we are able to workout the correct muscle group. He always surprise us with his new workout routine, to keep us going.

    all i can say....he is a vry good trainer n a vry passion trainer..he always make sure that his student or client have the proper workout n wont get injured...
    he will make sure the whole workout for the whole session is worth for coming...
    lastly, is worth far more than you've pay....

    Daniel is our lead instructor in Rebel Boot Camp. He is a dedicated instructor and a great motivator who has a very sharp eyes to ensure we all striving to achieve our fitness mission and would never fail cheer us up whenever we wanted to give up.

    Daniel is gifted with fitness talents and he is continuing to pursue in the arena. Apart from being a boot camp lead instructor, He is a yoga instructor too.

    To anyone who wanted to get himself/herself fit and healt1hy, one may drop by Central Park @ Bandar Utama on every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm.
