- Limit options are $1MM/$1MM, $1MM/$3MM or $2MM/$4MM
Approximate cost of group policy with 1 full-time employee (over 6 hours/week), and 1 Additional Insured is about $840; with part-time employee, about $800 - Covers entity (LLC) as well as franchisee, regardless if franchisee is a sole owner or shared owner
- Covers employees (W-2) and/or independent contractors (1099)
- Portable coverage, professional liability with general liability policy will follow you regardless of the facility or location you work. However, any claims must be filed within the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico
- Additional Insured costs $250 per certificate, per year
