Please enjoy this examination of how eating habits have changed, what we can expect moving forward, and how we can support our clients and ourselves in health.

This article was written by IDEA’s colleague, Sanna Delmonico, MS, RDN, CHE, an associate professor at The Culinary Institute of America where she teaches food safety and nutrition. She previously led programming for The CIA Healthy Kids Collaborative and The CIA-Harvard Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives Continuing Medical Education Conference.
