“The Super Bowl of Fitness”
With over 12,000 personal trainers, group fifitness instructors, mind-body professionals, business owners and managers, and experts from every corner of the globe, the IDEA World Fitness Convention has been called “the Super Bowl of Fitness.” Fitness pros who attend gain valuable education and strategies to expand their skill sets; they discover diversity that evolves their careers or businesses; and they establish expert connections that open doors and offer new opportunities.
This year’s convention will include more than 375 cutting-edge lectures, workouts and workshops, with up to 30 sessions offered in every time block, over 230 world-renowned presenters, and the potential to earn up to 30 CECs in one high-energy, action-packed weekend. Attendees can explore over 300 of the top industry brands in fifitness, nutrition, technology and wellness at the IDEA World Fitness & Nutrition Expo.
The convention will be held at L.A. LIVE in downtown L.A., home to the Grammys, Emmys and ESPYs, with plenty to do and see close by in Los Angeles or on excursions throughout sunny Southern California.
What to Watch For in 2015

for creating a purposeful and meaningful life; - see Jenna Wolfe, certifified personal trainer and the TODAY show’s lifestyle and fitness correspondent, receive the 2015
IDEA Jack LaLanne Award; and - celebrate with Anthony Robles, who will receive the 2015
IDEA Fitness Inspiration Award. Anthony was born missing his right leg, but that didn’t stop him from becoming a three-time wrestling All-American and the 2011 NCAA Division I National Champion.

- Health and fifitness bloggers will meet up for the second annual IDEA World Fitness BlogFest to trade tips, share support, and experience a keynote and live workout with Gabrielle “Gabby” Reece, former Women’s Beach Volleyball League star and fitness icon.
- ThThe convention will focus on fifitness technology, including activity and nutrition trackers and wearables, apps for managing music, client programs and social media, new features for exercise equipment and much more.
- Attendees will face offff in adrenaline-charged competition, with gold, silver and bronze medals awarded in the IDEA Summer Games, powered by SPRI®.
- Creative contests throughout the convention will give attendees lots of chances to compete for the popular IDEA Inspiration Medals and other prizes.
- The convention will kick offff with the Urban Party—the Bash of the Year, IDEA’s welcome party with drinks, dinner and dancing.
