The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is leading a national initiative called Active People, Healthy Nation to increase physical activity with a target of helping 27 million Americans become more active by 2027. Specific goals include moving 15 million adults from inactive status to doing some moderate-intensity activity every day; getting 10 million adults to meet minimum aerobic physical activity guidelines; and motivating 2 million young people who are doing only limited physical activity to increase that to at least 60 minutes every day.

To help meet these goals, join the Active People, Healthy Nation initiative as an individual influencer, organization or community champion at bit.ly/34JlUzv.
