For many of our group fitness participants, when we say core they think abdominals. But we know there is a lot more to core training then just crunches on the floor. This workshop is designed to move you beyond crunches and fill your toolbox with a plethora of multiplanar exercises that effectively and specifically target the shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle and everything in between using body bars, tubing and your own body weight.
