Description

Intensity without impact! The Active Resistance Training method is a fitness practice that uses two yoga blocks to create a constant calorie-burning active resistance. Familiar fitness motions are layered and targeted in new and unfamiliar ways to develop lean muscle and tone trouble zones while refining and increasing range of motion. Please bring your own sticky yoga mat.
