Plank Cone Reach

Description

Start in elbow plank with hands separated and in line with elbows. Reach right hand out to front cone, back in, then out to side cone. Repeat on the other side. The idea is to not have any wiggling back and forth with hips. When hand is reaching out, it is really the other arm (pec and delt) that is working; try not to collapse in shoulder.
