Single Arm Overhead Dumbbell Squat


Take a slightly wider stance as this is a more challenging version. Can put other hand out in front or to your side to help counterbalance. When arm is overhead, make sure your shoulder isn't pushing into your ear (can have palm facing forward or inwards, depending on what feels better on your shoulder). As you squat, your body will want to lean away from the working arm, so focus on really using your obliques and keeping weight equal between feet.
