TRX Rip Trainer Squat To Row

Stand far enough away from anchor point that there is slight resistance, so you will have enough length to pull and work your lats as you row. It will be very easy to just use momentum, so still focus on using glutes/hamstrings to come up out of squat, and your lats to row (instead of allowing shoulders to lift). As you stand up and row simultaneously, your body will want to shift weight into your toes, push your hips forward and arch your low back; so make sure you are keeping glutes and abs squeezed.
