Palms will be facing you. Can adjust hands to be closer together, more over your shoulders if that is more comfortable. Focus on squeezing shoulder blades together and keeping elbows tucked in. Extend arms all the way to straight at the top and squeeze triceps. Can keep feet flat on bench, but either way, keep abs engaged and back flat. Be aware that your shoulders will want to protract forward as your elbows come down, so make sure you are engaging your lats and not letting elbows drop lower than back of your ribcage.
