Standing Quad Leg Lift


Stand with weight in heel/mid foot on right leg. Keeping spine straight and abs engaged, slowly lift and lower left leg. Keep left leg externally rotated to also engage adductor. Make sure you are rotating it from the hip. As you lift and lower left leg, your right knee will want to push forward towards your toe and your upper body will want to lean back, so focus on avoiding that. Can hold onto something lightly to help stabilize.
