Mobility Is Shifting from Warm-Up to Daily Health Habit

Mobility training is no longer viewed solely as preparation for exercise. Researchers and clinicians increasingly recognize regular mobility work as an important component of maintaining joint function, movement quality and independence throughout adulthood.
Many clients spend prolonged hours sitting at desks or commuting, making brief mobility sessions valuable even on non-exercise days. Encouraging clients to incorporate five to ten minutes of purposeful movement into their daily routines can complement structured workouts while helping maintain functional movement across the lifespan.
