If ever you need a helping hand or supportive friend, look no further than our dependable, hard-
working inspired service specialist Chris Dotson.

For more than 3 years, Chris has expertly managed customer calls, emails and CEC quiz grading, while infusing our support team with unwavering reliability, warmth and humor.

“He is our rock,” says Calvin La, senior inspired service specialist. “I can always depend on him. As a friend, he’s one of the funniest people I know, but he can also provide deep, thought-provoking conversations.”

Not only can you count on Chris to brighten your day with fun conversation and banter, but you
can also catch him flexing his athleticism outside—the true embodiment of IDEA’s healthy living.

“He’s that natural athlete who’s almost always better than everyone but will look out for the people who aren’t quite as good (aka me),” laughs Calvin.

Chris sports an impressive history of fitness activities, including wrestling, football, running, powerlifting, surfing, snowboarding, soccer and basketball. If reading that leaves you breathless, it’s still no match for the tireless work and commitment Chris pours into everything he does!

Q:  Favorite workout or style of training?

A:  Circuit training. It’s always fun to feel like you can’t move after.

Q:  What’s your hidden or most bizarre talent?

A:  I can roll my stomach.

Q:  If you could be a piece of fitness equipment, what would you be?

A:  A workout bench. I would support people.

Q:  What inspires you in life?

A:  People showing kindness to others.

Q:  What are your bucket list items?

A:  Snowboard and surf on the same day and get a tattoo.

Q:  What should people know about you that they might never ask about?

A:  I believe life is uncertain—you should always eat dessert first!
