Guaranteed Issue plans that meet the ACA’s requirements for health coverage.

Groups of 1 with an EIN + family/children.
Level Funded Options
Health Plan with level monthly premiums that funds a reserve account for claims, administrative costs, and premiums for Stop Loss coverage. When claims are lower than expected, surplus claim payments may be refunded at the end of the contract.
