Members who want to move like a gymnast can attend Gymnastics Conditioning Boot Camp at 92Y in New York City. Led by a professional gymnastics coaching staff, the workouts rotate through a tumble track, climbing rope, foam pit and other fun obstacles for a full-body workout. According to the online description, no gymnastics experience is required.

Aqua Cross, taught at several Crunch Fitness locations, is a perfect opportunity to mix up a routine. This wet/dry cross-training class starts off in the pool with board work and cardio intervals. Participants then move to the deck for sculpting moves such as walking lunges, squats and push-ups.

Ten-minute increments are the key at spinTENse, offered by Fusion Fitness in Leawood, Kansas. This indoor cycling class burns fat while also working arms and abdominals. According to the online description, the short intervals make the hour fly by!

Located in Westlake Village, California, DePaz Energie Fitness offers SKATERGIE, which uses the gliding motions of ice skating to tone and sculpt. This low-impact class offers club music to ramp up energy and keep participants invigorated.

Cardio Line Dancing at the Kress Events Center at the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, offers line dances set to both country and pop hits. The classes include simple moves such as the two-step and cha-cha.

At The Girls Room Fitness in Ankeny, Iowa, balance is key. The Pilatease class focuses on working the core while lengthening muscles to “achieve long, slender lines.” The concept includes traditional Pilates mat work and dance moves to maximize the workout.

Participants may feel like they’re partying while getting fit at JumpLife in New York City. Its signature 45-miniute trampoline class, JumpDance, is set to club music and special lighting for a workout that increases energy and boosts the immune system, according to the online description.
