Description

The connection between each shoulder and the opposite hip is a crucial component of fundamental human movement. Independently, upper-body movement relies on a functional shoulder, and lower-body movement relies on a functional hip. In this course, we will discuss why both are common areas of deficiency, and how lack of mobility is tied to stability and strength. You'll learn methods for reactivating and connecting to inhibited glutes as well as the fundamentals of developing strong and stable shoulders.

This was really great information. I did wish you had someone on stage with you and pointed out these positions while they were doing it. You did go out onto the floor for some of it and that was very helpful. Really enjoyed your presentation.
