4.5 out of 5 Stars

This was a definite 5 stars. I love that you focused on what you can do, not the person next to you because you never know what is going on with that person. We need more trainers that understand providing modifications is necessary and allowing still for hard work with whatever tools are available. Get creative with no jumping, that was also right on point. Our bodies are always changing and we have to be prepared to continue to move but possibly change how we're doing it.
