Description

The “functional revolution” has expanded the mindset of the personal training world, but has also caused considerable controversy as to the what, when, how and why to use functional training. In this course, you'll learn cutting-edge assessment techniques to screen clients and create strategies for a truly personalized program. Discover a regressive approach to common movements and learn how to safely progress clients. Special criteria will also be introduced so trainers are able to determine when a client is ready to return to competition.

"Read the books and do the opposite of that" is probably not the best advice. Though it is still informative. PNF based. Might be too technical for some.
