Description

Many clients come to us with limitations in upper-body movement, specifically affecting their ability to press, push and pull. The Functional Movement Screen helps you identify specific movement limitations to let you know if corrective exercises are needed, or whether to move on to training focused on smart, progressive strength and conditioning. This course takes a movement problem and walks you through the corrective pathway in order to meet each client's training demands.

This guy knows his stuff. I love how "matter of fact" he is, very relatable. The content is useful and what every fitness trainer should know.

Very frustrating to watch. No beginning, middle and end. No takeaways and it was very hard to learn enough to take the test. Also, every trained presenter knows it's risky to use cuss words/inappropriate language in mixed audiences. Recommend this presenter invest more time to learn how to deliver an effective presentation.

Good information for a beginning trainer trying to learn how to identify issues with mobility. However, this video did not really address the subjects in the title.
