Brett Klika is the director of athletic performance at Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, California. He specializes in youth fitness and athletic performance. Brett oversees a staff of eight strength coaches and develops program for over 300 youth athletes (and non-athletes) per week. He is a regular contributor for a variety of publications, produces DVDs on fitness and athletic performance and presents around the world.

I am Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, US National TaeKwon-Do champion and former captain for the US National TaeKwon-Do Team. I invented the TRX Rip Trainer and direct Rip Training development at TRX. The combination of understanding rehabilitative medicine and sports performance training has given me a unique perspective on the physical and mental components of human movement. I have enjoyed working with professional athletes from the NFL, X-Games, MLB, UFC, and Extreme Skiing World Championships; however, I pride myself on tapping into the natural athlete in us all.

    Too much motivational speaking for me personally. I prefer more explanation on the exercises, how they're beneficial, and what muscles are involved.

    Thank you for your feedback! Jenn, I have attached a PDF file to this video and will reach out to you in a separate email to make sure you have it. I apologize some of the exercises can’t be seen in the video. We have been working to improve our filming process and now have a better understanding of the types of sessions that require advanced camera work or multiple cameras in the session. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us get better!

    Frustrating that the download is a power point file, which many people, including myself, don't have. Come on guys, it's really not that hard to click save as a .pdf before uploading file. I agree with the above poster, and am finding this to a be a problem on MANY of these courses -- the camera doesn't move, and misses much of what is relevant about the course because it is focused on the instructor when we should be watching the exercises.
