to get a taste of the types of art forms offered at this Parkour-style facility. Located in New York City, the class introduces such freestyle favorites as trampolining, tumbling and tricking.

SWERVE Ride

in New York City. Located at SWERVE Fitness, each indoor cycling class is divided into three groups. State-of-the-art tracking technology measures the energy output for each group during the 45-minute class, and participants follow along as their team racks up points. At the end of class, individual stats, such as calories burned, are emailed to each participant.


Pilates H2O,

offered on Biscayne Bay in Miami, combines standup paddle boarding with Pilates. The 75-minute workout consists of 30 minutes of paddle time and 45 minutes of Pilates, with each segment taught by an instructor who specializes in that discipline. Participants bring their own paddleboard or rent one for an additional fee.
