2. Eating Peanut Butter May Prevent Breast Disease
According to research presented in this article from The Huffington Post there is an association between regular peanut butter consumption and a lower risk of developing breast cancer. The research found that in the group of girls studied, eating peanut butter twice a week during adolescence was linked to a 39% lower risk of developing benign breast disease.
