He is a TRX Master Instructor and a member of the Under Armour Training Team. His career as a professional athlete, along with over 20 years of training and coaching others, have shaped his career with practical and applied experience. Mark Berman, MD

Mark Berman, MD, FACLM, is an internal medicine physician and social entrepreneur whose work focuses on obesity, plant-based diets, and health information technology. Mark studied physical therapy at McGill University, medicine at Yale University, and primary care internal medicine and population medicine at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He was a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow at UC San Francisco and later served as the special assistant to the CEO and president for Childhood Obesity at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Mark is the past medical director of Keas Inc., an employee health-gaming software company, and the former VP of health for Mark One Lifestyle Inc., a consumer health device company. At present, Mark directs and practices lifestyle and obesity medicine at One Medical Group in San Francisco and is the head of health for FareWell, a lifestyle medicine digital health startup. He is also a director and fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
