    With more than 30 years in the fitness industry, Andrea brings long standing expertise in group exercise, indoor cycling and personal training when creating and presenting the BeatBoss™ Methodology. Andrea holds multiple fitness and wellness certifications including NASM Personal Trainer with specialty focuses in STOTT Pilates, vinyasa and yin yoga, the study of fascia and movement and active aging.

    Rachael started her professional fitness career as a teenager and has worked in various clubs and facilities in nearly every position offered.     Marc Bubbs, ND, MSc, is the director of nutrition for the Canadian Men’s Olympic Basketball Team, as well as a naturopathic doctor, author, speaker and former strength coach. He’s also a regular contributor to Breaking Muscle, PaleoDiet.com and Re-Find Health™, and a nutrition advisory board member for Strong Fitness Magazine. Marc regularly presents at health, wellness and fitness conferences across North America and Europe and consults with the NBA, MLB and NHL.

  • Ben Camara

    Ben has worked with some of the world’s most famous faces such as Madonna, Kate Moss, Pro athletes, and royalty from the Middle East. He has developed his health coaching and mentoring systems alongside his training techniques to help clients increase their performance in every aspect of their lives. Previously, owner of No1 Fitness private personal training studios in London, he is now the founder and CEO of Remote Coach, a platform trainers and fitness influencers can use to digitise their business.

  • Candice Campbell, MS

    Candice Campbell, MS, is a full-time lecturer in the kinesiology department at California State University, Long Beach, where she teaches undergraduate courses in fitness and integrated training. She has been a personal trainer for over 13 years and teaching group fitness for 10 years. She has also participated in fitness research and program development for several fitness companies.

  • Ryan Carroll, MS

    Ryan Carroll, MS, is the Director of Tactical and Elite Sport at BridgeAthletic. He has been a strength and conditioning coach for almost 20 years working across elite sport and military organizations. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with distinction (CSCS*D) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has spoken at several NSCA events including 2018 and 2020 Tactical Strength and Conditioning Conference, and the 2021 NSCA Coaches Conference.

  • Paul Cauldwell

    Paul Cauldwell has over 14 years of experience in human performance program leadership and has spoken at events all around the world. Prior to his current role as vice president of global education and business development programs at Theragun®, Paul was the director of performance at EXOS® for over a decade. There, he was responsible for creating and operationalizing performance programs for the Department of Defense, SOCOM, the military, Fortune 500 companies and elite-level athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and PGA.

  • Erics Clark

    Erics Clark is a former Division I scholarship athlete in football who trains high-level athletes of all ages. He is the owner and lead trainer at Clark Sports Professional Athletic Training, and a skilled personal trainer, high school strength and conditioning coach and defensive line coach for the football team. Erics has certifications in personal training and TRX®, and his knowledge and experience is only eclipsed by his massive energy and magnetic personality.

  • Nick Clayton, MS, MBA

    Nick Clayton, MS, MBA, owns and operates NJC Fitness Solutions and Claytonfit.com, providing online programs and coaching to maximize performance for the working professional. Nick has served as COO of the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification, was the point person for all things personal training-related at the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and managed the campus recreation program at the University of Florida.

  • Samantha Clayton

    Samantha Clayton is the vice president of worldwide sports performance and fitness for Herbalife Nutrition and is responsible for all fitness education for Herbalife independent distributors and employees. Samantha competed in the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000 representing Great Britain in the 200-meter sprint and the 100-meter relay. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in public health with a concentration in nutrition and wellness and is ISSA certified.

  • Fabio Comana, MA, MS

    Fabio Comana, MA, MS, is on the faculties of San Diego State University and NASM, and is a scientific advisor for Orangetheory Fitness, Core Health & Fitness and Caloric Responsibility. He was the original creator of ACE’s Integrated Fitness Training Model™ and ACE’s live educational workshops. Some of his prior positions include: Division I collegiate head coach and strength-conditioning coach, opening and managing clubs for Club One and president of Genesis Wellness Consulting. He is a national and international presenter, a media spokesperson and an accomplished author.

  • Michol Dalcourt

    Michol Dalcourt is an educator, author, trainer, inventor and an industry leader in the areas of human movement and performance training. He is a director for the Institute of Motion, adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco in sports science and co-founder of PTA Global certification. Michol is also the inventor of ViPR™, a fitness tool being rolled out in top clubs and with professional athletic teams. His innovative techniques have been adopted by many of the top international fitness certification bodies.

  • Joseph David

    Joseph D is a personal trainer and fitness instructor known for his vibrant personality. His signature class, Trap Step, merges kickboxing with elements of dance and plyometrics. With experience as a professional dancer, working with artists such as Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, and Madonna, he believes that just like the stage, you must leave everything on the floor and simply have fun!

    Venus Davis is a corporate wellness coach and ACE-certified personal trainer who works with both large groups and individuals.   • Jill Drummond

    Jill Drummond is the Global Education & Program Manager for Freemotion Fitness. She has spent most of her 21-year career in the professional education sectors of well-known international equipment manufacturers. She has managed fitness programs and led classes at top tier facilities in Colorado, California and Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, ACE & NASM certifications, as well as a Positive Psychology certificate from the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Dan Duran

    Dan Duran is the Vice-President of International and Group Partnerships with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He has over 26 years’ experience in training and training management, including roles as the fitness director at large full-service health clubs in Georgia and California, where his teams grew revenue exponentially. Dan is an ultra-triathlete, having completed several Ironman’s, two Double Ironman’s in under 36 hours and a Triple Ironman in under 60 hours and a quintuple ironman in under 6 days.

  • Tasha Edwards, MS

    Tasha Edwards, MS, is a certified personal trainer with two health coaching certifications and a Master’s degree in counseling. She has several fitness certifications including Pilates (500 hr), yoga (250 hr) and serves as a Master Trainer for Piloxing. She is interested and involved in creating diverse and inclusive spaces (race, age and size) within the fitness and wellness communities.

  • Michelle Felzmann

    Michelle Felzmann is a highly accomplished fitness professional with over 25 years of experience. She is a fitness instructor, personal trainer, program director, international fitness presenter and TRX® master instructor. She was selected as one of Canada’s Top Fitness Instructors for 2019 in IMPACT Magazine. Michelle specializes in group training, including TRX, HIIT, strength, choreography and more.

  • Mark Fisher

    Mark Fisher is an in-demand international speaker, consultant and entrepreneur. He is the co-owner of Mark Fisher Fitness, one of Men’s Health magazine’s Top 20 Gyms in America. MFF has two locations in Manhattan and was ranked #312 on the 2015 Inc. 500. Mark also co-founded Business for Unicorns in 2016. BFU has worked with clients like Sony Music, Sylvan Learning and the ACLU, as well as many of the leading fitness studios across the U.S. and U.K.

  • Eve Fleck, MS

    Eve Fleck, MS, has a master’s degree in exercise physiology and is the owner of Gym Without Walls in the Los Angeles area. She teaches exercise physiology at California State University, Northridge, and is a co-author of Growth and Development Across the Lifespan. Eve was a finalist for the 2018 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year.

  • Molly Galbraith

    Molly Galbraith is an NSCA-certified strength and conditioning specialist, and co-founder and owner of Girls Gone Strong, a global movement dedicated to empowering women and improving their health, strength and confidence through industry-leading educational materials, certification programs and coaching. Molly is also the creator of the Girls Gone Strong Academy, the world’s first online academy housing multiple evidence-based, interdisciplinary, women-specific certifications for health and fitness professionals.

  • Chan Gannaway

    Chan Gannaway is a passionate trainer, educator, manager, mentor and curriculum builder who has been public speaking, educating and presenting for over 23-years. He has learned from some of the best educators in the world, and has proudly worked and educated for efi Sports Medicine, Midtown Athletic Club, Club One Fitness, Equinox®, Orangetheory Fitness®, and currently, GRIT BXNG. He owns The Masters Fitness, a consulting and education company.

  • Lauren George, MS

    Lauren George, MS, is the co-creator of the Enhanced Barre Above Program, Creator of the Musicality Method, co-owner of FitBiz Retreat, adjunct faculty at Clemson University, a former studio owner and a master trainer for Balletone. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University and master’s degree in recreation and leisure studies from University of North Texas. She was named EMPOWER! Fusion Education Partner of the Year in 2018.

  • Ryan Glatt, MS

    Ryan Glatt, MS, is a personal trainer and brain-health coach with over a decade of experience. He currently practices brain-based strategies for cognitive enhancement at the Pacific Brain Health Center in Santa Monica, California, in both clinical and research settings. Ryan has pursued education from the Amen Clinics, the BrainFirst Training Institute, the Neuroscience Academy and the Academy for Brain Health and Performance. He has completed the Master’s of Applied Neuroscience program at King’s College of London and is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

  • My Le Goel

    My Le is the founder and CEO of Flight Live. She has more than 20 years of combined marketing and communications, scientific research and global development experience and has worked with large corporations and government entities in several leadership roles. She received her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her graduate degree from Harvard University. Originally from Vietnam, she’s a former geoscientist from the Smithsonian and previously worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

  • Nico Gonzalez

    Nico Gonzalez is the studio owner of Fitness Physiques, creator of the online space 3 Minutes 2 B, and star of multiple fitness and mind-body videos. He is a master trainer for Balanced Body and BOSU, and is certified through ACE in personal training and group fitness, as well as the Pilates Method Alliance. Nico has been in the industry over 20 years, presenting at conferences such as IDEA World Convention, IDEA Personal Trainer Institute, Pilates On Tour, SCW Fitness, canfitpro, Fitnesslandia (Italy), World Class Fitness (Russia) and Pilates Chile.

  • Jon Goodman

    Jonathan Goodman is the founder of the Personal Trainer Development Center and author of multiple bestselling books for personal trainers. In addition, Jon founded the Online Trainer Academy, the industry leader in online trainer education. Originally from Toronto, Jon and his wife Alison spend their winters traveling the world with their baby boy, Calvin.

  • Jennifer Halsall

    Jennifer is the Chief Operating Officer for WIFA (the Women in Fitness Association) by day and is an Europe Active Board member for many of the hours in between. She is co-creator of the WIFA L.E.A.D. Program (Leadership through Elevation Awareness and Discovery) and a CEN workgroup member for The Netherlands’ branch’s Health and Safety Standard. She derives her energy by fulfilling her purpose: Connecting us with our strength and magic so that there’s no such thing as impossible.

  • Sonja R. Price Herbert

    Sonja R. Price Herbert is a classical Pilates rebel driven by a desire to empower Black wellness and representation within fitness. She is the founder of Black Girl Pilates®, a platform elevating and supporting the voices of Black/Afro Latina Pilates instructors as well as Black Girl Fit & Well, a platform curating health and wellness events, workshops and conferences for the Black female-identifying community.

  • Demetreous Hill, MS

    A passionate and skillful industry leader, Demetreous has developed programs for Leisure Sports, Inc., the St. Regis and Five Starr Pilates. Demetreous is a professor in southern California teaching health science, physical education and business communications. He holds a BA in History and Masters in Health Care. Demetreous is Pilates educated by Body Arts and Sciences International, he is a Livestrong.com fitness expert and former dancer on MTV Europe for Memphis Soul.

  • Sue Hitzmann, MS

    Sue Hitzmann, MS, is the creator of the MELT Method®, nationally recognized educator, manual therapist and founding member of the Fascia Research Society. She is a presenter for IDEA, ECA and PMA, and a CEU provider for ACE, AFAA, NASM, PMA and NCBTMB. She has trained instructors from over 20 countries and is the author of the New York Times bestseller The MELT Method, which has been translated into eight languages, as well as the recent book MELT Performance.

  • Fred Hoffman, MEd

    Fred Hoffman, MEd, is the owner of Fitness Resources consulting services and the author of Going Global: An Expert’s Guide to Working Abroad in the International Fitness Industry. The recipient of the 2019 IDEA China Fitness Inspiration Award and the 2007 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year Award, he holds a master’s degree in health education from Boston University, is a member of the ACE board of directors and has over 35 years of experience in the fitness and health industry. 

  • Hayley Hollander

    Hayley is an international coach, educator, and consultant. She is co-founder of Pivotal, a global development company empowering people to fulfill their greatest potential, the Co-Director of Education for Gray Institute, Precor Master Coach, and Power Plate Master Trainer. Hayley holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education with a minor in mathematics. She is a GIFT fellow, a CAFS®, 3DMAPS and EXOS® performance specialist, and is PTA Global certified.

  • Pete Holman, MSPT

    Pete Holman, MSPT, is a physical therapist, certified strength & conditioning specialist and US National taekwondo champion and team captain. He produced several products, most notably the TRX® Rip Trainer and the Nautilus Glute Drive. Specializing in biomechanics, core performance and the aging athlete, Pete uses his experience as an elite level athlete and his unique knowledge of the human body, to bring out the athlete in us all. Pete is an active contributor to PTontheNetIDEA Fitness JournalSTACK Magazine and IronMan Magazine.

  • Scott Hopson

    Scott Hopson is an internationally recognized leader in human performance, coaching and education. In a career spanning 20+ years, his work has impacted over 100,000 coaches, athletes and teams in more than a 100 countries worldwide. Scott is a co-founder of PTA Global, a co-founder of Pivotal, the education director for Gray Institute®, a global educator for Team EXOS®, and on the advisory board for Power Plate® International.

  • Farel Hruska

    Farel Hruska has nearly 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, author and educator, and is presently the director of education and culture at Chuze Fitness. Farel helped grow FIT4MOM from 2002–2018 as its global fitness director and pre/postnatal director. She has presented at fitness conferences around the world, including AFC, MEFITPRO (Dubai and Egypt), AsiaEduFit (India), and IDEA China, Korea and U.S.

  • Dynasti Hunt, MEd, MBA

    Dynasti Hunt is a multi-passionate leader focused on dismantling the belief that we should all be fighting for racial equity in all spaces, both personally and professionally. She’s committed to helping individuals at all levels and industries build an equity-centered mindset, recognize the power you have to create change no matter what your role is, and use the two to disrupt inequitable systems at the individual and organizational level.

  • Jennifer Hutton, DPT

    Jennifer Hutton, DPT, is a pediatric physical therapist from Nashville, Tennessee, and has worked as a PT for 13 years. Working with children from marginalized communities allowed Jennifer to see the health and healthcare access disparities that existed and sparked her desire to be an advocate outside of the clinic. In 2020, Jennifer founded Building Allyship, a membership community for healthcare and wellness professionals with a desire to learn what true allyship looks like.

  • Tina Marie Jaehnert, MA

    Tina Marie Jaehnert, MA, began her career in upstate New York where she taught group fitness classes. After earning six certifications and a master’s degree in fine arts, she moved to the New York City area to grow in the industry. There her career grew rapidly, taking positions as assistant group fitness director at TMPL Gym, general manager, group fitness director and personal training director for OPTUM, and director of personal training for EXCEED Physical Culture.

  • Skip Jennings

    Skip Jennings, Agape Licensed Spiritual Practitioner and counselor, is the author of The Lotus KitchenSpirit Explosions and his latest creation, The Little Book for Big Transformations: 31 Days of Inner Visions and Spiritual Practices. He is the owner of Mind, Body, Spirit Solutions, LLC, a motivational speaker, a transformational coach and a group fitness manager for Equinox® South Bay. Skip has been featured on the cover of American Fitness Magazine and has coached many clients using the spiritual principles of his program CARES (connection, action, remember, empowerment, self-love).

  • Sabrena Jo, MS

    Sabrena Jo, MS, has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1987. As a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer and health coach, she has taught group exercise and owned her own personal training and health coaching businesses. Jo is a former full-time faculty member in the kinesiology and physical education department at California State University, Long Beach, and is the senior exercise scientist for ACE, as well as a relentless pursuer of ways to help people start and stick with physical activity.

    Greg Johnson, MS, was a 2020 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year finalist, is the owner of Varimax Fitness in Sacramento, California, head trainer of the Driven golf show on NBC Sports, and author and contributor to the field of fitness. Greg has worked with fitness and rehabilitation clients for more than 15 years. He holds a master’s degree in kinesiology with concentrations in performance enhancement and injury prevention.

    My PT Hub Ambassador, Natalie Kimball, is a San Diego-based life alignment coach, master trainer and owner of Natalie Kimball Fitness. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Natalie recently transitioned all of her fitness and personal development business to online services after uprooting her life and moving 3,000 miles from Virginia to San Diego, California.

  • Eliza Kingsford, MA, LPC, NCC

    Eliza Kingsford, MA, LPC, NCC, is a licensed psychotherapist and behavior change specialist who helps clients struggling with food addiction, body image and emotional eating. Eliza’s work has been featured on Dr. PhilDr. OzNBC HealthCNN HealthHealth magazineShapeMindBodyGreen and many more. She’s the author of Brain-Powered Weight Loss and has sat on scientific advisory boards with the leading researchers in the field of obesity and weight management.

  • Stacey Lei Krauss

    Stacey Lei Krauss (SLK) is the creator of CARDIO YOGA®, a willPower Method® program. She pioneered the foot fitness category and considers moving meditation to be the next dimension of fitness. She earned her 500 RYT in Mysore, India, but considers herself a “fitness-chick”, having represented prominent brands as a program developer, including Schwinn®, BOSU®, Peak Pilates®, Nike and Vibram® FiveFingers.

  • Len Kravitz, PhD

    Len Kravitz, PhD is a professor and program coordinator of exercise science at the University of New Mexico where he recently received the Presidential Award of Distinction and the Outstanding Teacher of the Year award. In addition to being a 2016 inductee into the National Fitness Hall of Fame, Dr. Kravitz was awarded the Fitness Educator of the Year by the American Council on Exercise. Just recently, ACSM honored him with writing the ‘Paper of the Year’ for the ACSM Health and Fitness Journal.

  • Vito La Fata

    Vito La Fata, husband, dad and visionary entrepreneur, coaches experts and influencers to build online businesses so they can create brands that impact thousands across the world.     Kara K. Lazauskas, MS, is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and has a master’s degree in molecular muscle exercise physiology with a background in sports performance.     Robert Leadley studied dance at the University of Minnesota and danced professionally for many years before discovering a new passion: BeatBoss™ indoor cycling.     Sheldon McBee, MS, has a master’s in degree in human nutrition, is an ACE-certified personal trainer and has over 18 years of experience in health and fitness.   • Dan McDonogh

    Dan McDonogh has been a speaker, educator and coach for over two decades, and has held pivotal roles with global brands such as Under Armour®, TRX® and Les Mills® International. He is currently the Director of Programming, Performance and Les Mills Canada with GoodLife Fitness. Dan is a globally recognized fitness professional as well as a 2015 IDEA Program Director of the Year finalist and the 2012 IDEA Group Fitness Instructor of the Year.

  • Shalaine McLaughlin

    Shalaine McLaughlin has been a fitness instructor for over 11 years after a career in investment banking. She started with Zumba classes and now teaches multiple group exercise formats. She holds a BS from Cornell University and is currently working on her NASM CPT certification, a Masters in Exercise Science, and is writing a fitness book. Shalaine is a master instructor with Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and has presented at FIBO USA, OPTIMA and Zumba conventions and cruises.

    Alex McLean has been teaching group fitness since 1995. He started as a dancer and master class presenter for the Reebok Performance Team and Nike Culture Shock, and is currently an educator for multiple world-class brands, including Schwinn® Cycling, STRONG Nation™ and Balanced Body®. He has appeared in video and print projects for TRX® and Under Armour®, and as a professional dancer and acrobat. He danced with LeAnn Rimes, Disney, Universal Studios and the NBA/WNBA.     Sherri McMillan, MSc, has been in the industry for 30 years, and has received numerous industry awards, including the 2010 canfitpro International Fitness Presenter of the Year, 2006 IDEA Fitness Director of the Year, 1998 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year and 1998 canfitpro Fitness Presenter of the Year. She is an international fitness presenter, personal trainer, fitness columnist for various magazines and newspapers, author of five books and manuals, including Go For Fit: The Winning Way to Fat Loss, Fit Over Forty, and The Successful Trainers Guide to Marketing, and a featured presenter in various fitness DVDs.

    Alana Myers, MS, is an ACE-certified personal trainer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise & sport science and a master’s degree in kinesiology from Point Loma Nazarene University. Before joining ACE, Alana was a head swim coach and a personal trainer. She is passionate about learning new things and sharing her extensive knowledge in aquatics, cycling, triathlons, health and fitness and nutrition.

    Angie Miller, MS, is a mental health therapist, fitness educator, NASM master instructor and 200-hour RYT. She has taught stress management and sport psychology at Northern Illinois University. Presently, she provides psychotherapy to clients in private practice and employee assistance, and she speaks at global health and fitness conferences where she champions the connection between physical and emotional well-being. Angie writes for fitness journals and digital communities, and produces educational videos and fitness content for AFAA and Gaiam TV.

    Kenneth Miller, MS is the owner of the performance studio, Training Station in Alameda, California. His experience of over 25 years in the fitness industry spans from massage therapy, personal training, post-rehab coordinator, Division 1 Strength and Conditioning coach, and performance coach for athletes from high school to professional (NBA, NFL, MLB). He is an author, master instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and international presenter in the subjects of exercise, recovery and sports reconditioning.

  • Lindsey Miller

    Lindsey Miller is a personal trainer, and fitness, dance and yoga instructor based in Los Angeles. She has over 15 years of experience in the dance and fitness industries working alongside top choreographers and fitness professionals in Los Angeles and New York City. Lindsey is the co-owner of Rock This Life Fitness Studio, a trainer for Dailyburn.com, and is the director of master trainer education for PlyoJam®. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and holds several national certifications including ACSM CPT, 200hr RYT and prenatal/postpartum yoga.

    Tricia Murphy Madden is a 26-year veteran instructor and education director. She is the national education director for Savvier Fitness and the co-creator of Barre Above® and the Weight Loss Challenge with over 85 master trainers and more than 4300 trained instructors worldwide. For many years, she was the fitness director for Denali Fitness in Seattle, and she is the co-author and creator of a children’s book and fitness program called The ABC’s of Exercise. Tricia sits on the IDEA Group Fitness Committee and is known for the numerous programs she developed.
