I own a personal and small group training studio, Kim's CoreFit. We utilize the TRX and Total Gym GRAVITY GTS machine for the ultimate CORE and total body workout. I am a highly motivating certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, dancer, TPI Titleist performance Institute golf training certified and TRX and Total Gym GRAVITY certified. I enjoy guiding my clients to success with reaching their goals. I do primarily functional and core training.
